Return, Exchange & Fulfillment Policy (Print-on-Demand)

Thank you for supporting Transformation Christian Fellowship (“TCF”). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Third-Party Production & Fulfillment (Printify)
All products are made to order and fulfilled by independent print providers through Printify, a third-party print-on-demand platform. Manufacturing, quality control, packing, and shipping are performed by those providers. As a result, questions about defects, misprints, damage, or items lost in transit are handled under Printify’s return/reprint rules, which generally require reporting within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages) and offer a free reprint or refund when a manufacturing/shipping error is confirmed.
What this means: TCF is the storefront; the resolution process and remedies for production/shipping issues follow Printify’s policies, and TCF does not accept physical returns. We will facilitate your claim with our production partner in line with those policies.
2) All Sales Final (No Returns or Exchanges)

No Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color ordered, or any reason unrelated to a confirmed production/shipping error.

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Please review size charts, colors, and product details carefully prior to checkout.
3) Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. When Printify (or the print provider) confirms a qualifying issue, the usual remedy is a free reprint or refund under their policy; no return is typically required.

4) Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package is marked delivered but missing, or if it appears lost/damaged in transit, notify us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a claim consistent with Printify’s processes. Qualifying cases are typically resolved via reprint or refund.
5) Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you contact us before production begins, we’ll try to help, but production often starts quickly.
6) Wrong / Insufficient Address
If a carrier returns an order due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs. We cannot refund orders for address errors.
7) Color, Sizing & Display Variations
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. Sizing can vary by brand/style; use the size charts provided. Such variations are not considered defects.
8) Refund Method & Timing
When a qualifying issue is confirmed under Printify’s policy, the resolution is typically a reprint. If a refund is issued by Printify after their investigation, it may be issued as a credit to the merchant account, which we then pass through to you (via refund or store credit) at our discretion. We may ask you to allow a reasonable time to complete the third-party review.
9) No Unauthorized Returns
Please do not return items to TCF or to a print provider unless specifically instructed in writing. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
10) Chargebacks
If there’s an issue, please contact us first so we can facilitate a resolution with the production partner. Initiating a payment dispute before we can investigate may delay or prevent a resolution available under the third-party policy.
11) Liability, Warranties & Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCF:

Disclaims all warranties (express or implied) relating to the products, which are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party providers via Printify.

Limits any liability to the amount you paid for the affected item(s); in all cases, your sole remedies for defects/loss are the reprint/refund processes available under the third-party policy described above.

Is not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
