In life, we make so many strategic moves and create so many plans for our careers, families, and personal lives. When those plans go wrong, we quickly try to repair and create a new plan to rectify the situation based on the circumstances we face. What’s so great about God is that He is never caught by surprise. In Jeremiah 29:11, God speaks through the prophet Jeremiah to the Jewish exiles in Babylon saying, “For I know the plans I have for you…plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”
No matter how crazy and uncertain this world is, we must learn to trust God's plan for our lives and act upon it. Despite your failures and shortcomings, God's unique plan for your life will prevail and bring blessing to your life and others. Proverbs 19:21 NIV says “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails.”
